• Device Information: We do not collect device-specific details like your device type, IP address, or unique identifiers. However, third-party services we use (see Section 5) may collect some device information to function properly.
• Usage Data: We do not track how you use the App or gather analytics about your interactions with it.

2. How We Use Your Information

Since we don’t collect or store your data, we only use your location (if permitted) temporarily on your device to:

• Show toll plazas on the map based on your current position or the area you’re viewing.

All processing happens locally, and no data is transmitted to us or retained after you close the App.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not collect or share your personal information because we don’t store it. However:

• Third-Party Services: Bomstasjoner uses Google Maps (on Android) and MapKit (on iOS) to display maps. These services may process some data (like your location or device details) according to their own privacy policies. We have no control over their practices—see Section 5 for more details.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, we may need to cooperate with authorities, but since we don’t hold your data, there’s nothing for us to share.

4. Your Choices

Location Access: You can allow or deny location access via your device settings. If you deny permission, Bomstasjoner will still work, but you’ll need to manually search or scroll the map to find toll plazas.

5. Third-Party Services

Bomstasjoner relies on:

• Google Maps (Android version): Provides mapping functionality. Google may process location or device data as per its Privacy Policy.
• MapKit (iOS version): Apple’s mapping service, which may use location or device data as outlined in Apple’s Privacy Policy.

We encourage you to review these third-party policies, as they govern how your data is handled by these services. We do not receive or control any data they may process.

6. Data Security

Since we don’t collect or store your information, there’s no risk of data breaches from our end. Any data used locally (like your location) is managed by your device’s operating system and the third-party mapping services.

7. Data Retention

We don’t retain any of your information. Location data, if used, is only processed in real time on your device and discarded when you stop using the App.

8. Children’s Privacy

Bomstasjoner is not designed for children under 13, but since we don’t collect personal data, there’s no specific risk to younger users.
